What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the marketplace:

• Registration: name, email, phone, ID document, and password (stored as a hash).
• Transactions: addresses, items bought/sold, and payment data processed by the payment provider (we do not store your full card number).
• Browsing: device identifiers, pages visited, and cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
• Communications: support messages and contact preferences.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To perform the contract (create an account, process orders, deliver, and provide support). To comply with legal and regulatory obligations (tax, fraud prevention). Based on legitimate interest, to improve security and the experience. With your consent, to personalize recommendations and send marketing communications — which you can revoke at any time.

Who we share it with

• Merchants and sellers, to process and deliver your orders.

We adopt technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit and at rest, access control, and monitoring. We keep data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations; afterward, it is deleted or anonymized.

Because dindom operates globally, your data may be processed in other countries. In such cases, we adopt appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses and countries with a recognized level of protection) in accordance with the LGPD and the GDPR.

Children and adolescents

The platform is not intended for people under 18 without the assistance of a guardian. We do not intentionally collect children's data; if we identify any, we delete it.
